To successfully complete your application, please send/submit the following documents upon receiving the result of your application by email to the below address within the next thirty (30) days:

• Application fee of RM250.00 (non-refundable)
• 1 set of certified copies of Certificates of Academic Achievement
• 1 copy of Identity Card / Passport
• 3 passport-sized photographs (non-refundable)
