IMPERIA is the college which specialise in built environment programmes. . For example IMPERIA offers Diploma in Estate Management which fully accredited by Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents Malaysia (BOVAEA). After students complete this programme, they are eligible to register as probationary estate agent.

INDUSTRY RELEVANT
IMPERIA has set up ARIEL (Academic Reinforced Industry Exposure Learning) which aims to produce graduates who are knowledgeable of and prepared for the industry. With its strategic objectives IMPERIA is embarking on a more concerted effort to expose our students through industrial-related trips and activities. Besides that, IMPERIA also conducts VALUE (Value Added Life Useful Education) sessions which focus on student’s soft skill. The objective of VALUE is to provide student with the necessary life skills and knowledge which will enable them to excellently in their careers in the built environment industry.

Another initiative created at IMPERIA is the SCOPE (Short Courses for Professional Enhancement) Unit that continues to develop and create industry related short courses. Industry practitioners, professionals, consultants and academics are constantly engaged to provide these courses not only to the public but with attractive incentive for IMPERIA’s students and staff.

LIBRARY
IMPERIA’s library houses a collection of magazines and over 4,000 book titles on civil engineering and built environment including construction management, quantity surveying and estate management, as well as other reference materials ranging from actuary science to zoology. Student can access to electronic library which is ebrary which consists of 35,000 e-books for students to download. It also provides free access to computers and the Internet for the convenience of students.

LECTURE HALLS
Lecture halls are air-conditioned and equipped with overhead projectors, computers and whiteboards.

FACILITIES
IMPERIA offers a conducive learning environment with a variety of facilities such as free Wi-Fi Internet access, discussion rooms and student lounge that are equipped with TV and board games.

IMPERIA is located close to a lush town park that has a man-made lake. The park has jogging tracks, picnic spots, and benches. In addition, there are also various facilities for sports that are within walking distance from the campus such as public swimming pool, tennis and badminton courts, and community hall.
