Terms & Conditions
SPM / STPM, UEC, etc, examination results which are not of the current year will be considered on a case-bay-case basis. This could apply where a student has not previously used the results to enroll with any college or institutions of higher learning and enjoy awards of a similar nature. In any case, examination results obtained more that two (2) years ago will not be considered.

LOAN
Employers' Provident Fund (EPF)
Under this scheme, withdrawals are allowed from EPF Account II for higher education either locally or overseas. The scheme is open to all, and the amount depends on how much is available in Account II.
Payment is made to the particular institution you are studying at, or directly to the account holder , most likely your parents. Before applying, remember to visit any EPF office to check the savings statement and obtain a letter certifying the amount that can be withdrawn. To obtain this letter, make sure your parents bring their IC. Once you have registered with the institution, apply by post or visit any EPF office to complete a KWSP 9H (AHL) form.

INCENTIVE
Sibling Discount
Where 2 or more children of the same
parents are registered for study at the college, the second and subsequent
child will enjoy discounts on the tuition fees during their study at IMPERIA.
This applies also in instances when two siblings come in at the same intake.
- The second child of the same parents would be granted RM2000 tuition fees waiver for studies at IMPERIA.
- The third child onwards would be granted RM3000 tuition fees waiver for studies at IMPERIA.

The scholarship is not applies to
international students.

If the first sibling has completed his/her programme of study at IMPERIA Institute of Technology, the second sibling will still be able to enjoy the discount for the full duration of his/her programme of study once it is approved.

Where the first sibling is still pursuing his/her programmes of study at IMPERIA Institute of Technology, he/she must have fully paid all fees up to the current semester, every semester, for the second sibling to be eligible for the discount.

Where both siblings are currently pursuing courses of study at IMPERIA Institute of Technology, the first sibling who registered and commenced study with the college is deemed as the one whose programme commenced first and is thus not eligible for the Sibling Discount.

If two siblings are to enroll simultaneously (i.e. both their programmes commence at the same time), the first to register shall be considered as the first sibling and will have to pay the full course fees.
High School Incentive
Chinese Independent Schools Scholarships
- Only applicable for Full Time Diploma Programmes.
- Offers
letters are sent to selected schools each year.
- The school nominates suitable candidates. Final selection / decision by the college.
- One full and 5 partial tuition fees waiver for studies at IMPERIA for each school. (minimum 6A's)
Students Get Students Scheme
To encourage current IMPERIA students to introduce friend/s to study in the quality programmes in IMPERIA.
Criteria
RM200 voucher redeemable ONLY in IMPERIA Institute of Technology as partial payment towards fees applicable in IMPERIA under terms and conditions specified by IMPERIA Institute of Technology. One voucher is applicable for each qualified students who enrolled in a full time programme of study in IMPERIA Institute of Technology and having paid the full first installment / applicable fees upon enrolment.

This scheme is applicable only
for current IMPERIA students who has studied in IMPERIA
for a minimum
duration of one semester.

The voucher/s is/are only redeemable in IMPERIA as partial payment for applicable fees for the introducer/s .

The new students enrolled in IMPERIA needs to identify the introducer at the point of enrolment to initiate the scheme. Alternatively, the introducer may identify the new student/s to the management ahead of time to operate the scheme.

The voucher/s is/are transferable with the consent of the management.

The decision of the Institute management is final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained.
TERMS & CONDITIONS

For most scholarships, applicants must be Malaysian students. (Please check for eligibility for each type of scholarship/loan/discount/incentive)

Applicants must be currently enrolled as Full-Time
Diploma students at IMPERIA Institute of Technology.

The offer of scholarship/loan/discount/incentive is awarded in the form of tuition fee waiver.

The scholarship/loan/discount/incentive are non-transferable, non-convertible to cash, and non-redeemable for cash.

No applicant may receive more than ONE scholarships/
loans/ discounts/ incentives at any one time. In the event that an applicant
qualifies for more than one scholarship/ loan/ discount/ incentive, he/she
must choose which one he/she wishes to accept.

All decisions by the Principal or the Scholarship Board are final and no further queries shall be entertained.

Forecast results can be accepted but students must pay the full fees upfront and any disbursement will take place only after receipt of the actual results.

All recipients of scholarship/ loan/ discount/ incentive assistance are required to contribute 2 hours per week of their time to assist the Head of School/ Department or their designate in administration, peer counseling, extra curricular activities, marketing and promotional activities.

The qualifications required for the scholarship/ loan/ discount/ incentive may vary from year to year. Applicants are to check with the Registry (Scholarships) on the requirements before applying.

Terms and conditions of the scholarship/ loan/ discount/ incentive may be modified and amended from time to time as deemed appropriate by IMPERIA Institute of Technology.

Applicants must pass all examinations and maintain high academic standards, participate actively in all extra-curricular and other activities in order to maintain their scholarship/ loan/ discount/ incentive status.
