All fees are payable in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) to IMPERIA Institute of Technology. USD fees only indicate amounts based on the current exchange rate of RM 3.4 to USD 1. Since RM is not tradable outside Malaysia, students may pay by USD Bank Draft. Any exhange rate induced gains or losses shall be credited or debited to the student's account with IMPERIA Institute of Technology.

Visa Processing Fee must be paid before arrival of the student in Malaysia and maybe be paid in USD Bank Draft or through Telegraphic Transfer.
All Administration Fee, Resource Fees and Tuition Fee must be paid within 5 days upon arriving in Malaysia.
Personal Bond is refundable upon completion of or withdrawal from the course on condition that no outstanding fees are owed to IMPERIA Institute of Technology or students has not committed a breach of college regulations or Malaysian law.
