These are 3 to 4 gated condominium apartments. Bed-rooms are furnished with beds, mattress and bed linen and cupboards. Cooking, washing facilities, fridge, electric kettle, water filter and television is provided on a share basis. Bathrooms come fitted with hot water supply. There is a communal living, study and dining area furnished with a lounge set as well as dining set.

All accommodation is offered on a bed basis and subject to availability.
Rated are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and on per person per bed basis.
Tenancy entered into must be completed without break or deposits will be forfeited as agreed liquidated damages.
All deposits less damages amount if any will be refunded within thirty (30) days after completion of tenancy.
Share rooms for 2/3/4 persons per room
All combined electricity and water bills exceeding the pre-set limit will be shared equally by the students in the unit.
